- Alltech Fortnight Festival
- Since June 2008, the Alltech Fortnight Festival has presented entertainment in venues all across Kentucky, showcasing award-winning artists of all genres from around the world. At the conclusion of the 2008-09 season in April, the Alltech Fortnight Festival will have traveled to nine Kentucky cities and presented 24 entertainment events in 12 different venues. The Alltech Fortnight Festival will ramp up again September 25th – October 10th, 2009, presenting a fortnight of entertainment involving the entire state and signaling the one year countdown to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010—the biggest sporting event to come to America since the 2002 Winter Olympics. It is then that Kentucky will be center stage and yet another Alltech Fortnight Festival of performing arts events will span the Commonwealth.

The best overall concert that I have ever attended was easily Ben Harper's most recet concert at The Palace in Louisville. The venue is great, the fans were knowledgeable and Ben Harper knows how to put on a show.
